Contact: hello@eversight.io ## What a report contains - A reference value, printed with the low and high estimate either side of it - A rarity read on five levels: common, uncommon, scarce, rare, exceptional - A condition grade on five levels: poor, fair, good, very good, excellent - Time period, origin and materials, written as free text - One of eight categories: Silver & Metalwork, Ceramics, Glassware, Furniture, Jewelry, Sculpture, Decorative Object, Collectible - A written summary and the historical context of the piece - Comparable listings for similar pieces, with prices, that open in a browser ## How it works 1. Photograph the object, or pick a picture already in the photo library. 2. The app separates the object from its background on the device, then sends that cut-out for analysis. 3. The report is saved to a collection that keeps a running estimated total and sorts six ways: newest, oldest, highest value, lowest value, name A-Z, Z-A. ## What makes it different - Every estimate comes with the comparable listings it was drawn from, opened in your browser, so the reasoning is visible rather than hidden. - The value is a range, not a single number, so the spread in the market is shown rather than averaged away. - Rarity and condition are graded separately, because those are the two readings that move a price most. - Collections stay on the device. There is no account and no sign-in, so what you scan is private to you. ## Best suited to Estate sales and thrift shops, where a fast read decides whether to buy. Inherited pieces and house clearances, where nobody left a record. Collectors tracking what a shelf of objects amounts to. ## Links - App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6760348975 - Home: https://reliclens.app - Identify antiques by photo: https://reliclens.app/identify-antiques-by-photo - Antique marks reference: https://reliclens.app/antique-marks-identification - Free antique appraisal options: https://reliclens.app/free-antique-appraisal - How the value is estimated: https://reliclens.app/methodology - Official app and publisher details: https://reliclens.app/official - Blog: https://reliclens.app/blog - Support: https://reliclens.app/support ## Optional - Extended reference: https://reliclens.app/llms-full.txt
