Frequently Asked Questions

How does RelicLens identify antiques by photo?

RelicLens uses AI-powered image analysis to identify antiques from a single picture. It works as an antique identifier and object identifier, recognizing categories such as ceramics, porcelain, silver, silverware, jewelry, watches, coins, stamps, furniture, glassware, fine art, and decorative objects.

How accurate are the antique worth estimates?

Value estimates are guidance ranges based on comparable market listings from auction houses, dealers, and marketplaces. They are not formal appraisals and should be used as a starting point — we recommend consulting a professional appraiser for high-value or important items.

What categories can RelicLens identify?

RelicLens can identify a wide range of antiques and collectibles including furniture, ceramics and porcelain, silver and silverware, jewelry and watches, coins and currency, stamps, fine art and paintings, glassware, sculptures, decorative objects, and items with hallmarks or maker marks.

What does the Premium subscription include?

Premium unlocks unlimited scans, expanded antique appraisal reports with more comparable market listings, and priority support. You can manage your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page or by contacting Apple Support directly.

Is RelicLens a professional antique appraisal service?

RelicLens provides antique appraisal guidance and estimated value ranges — it is not a substitute for a certified professional appraisal. For insurance, legal, or high-stakes decisions, we recommend working with a qualified appraiser.
